Project Engineer

Develop project plans, define project scope, objectives, and timelines for new factory projects. Design factory layouts using AutoCAD 2D. Calculate electricity, compressed air, and utility requirements for production and non-production facilities. Develop organizational charts (Org Charts) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for departments. Monitor construction progress, determine manpower and equipment requirements. Manage project budgets, schedules, project databases, and prepare progress reports. Conduct site inspections, enforce safety regulations, and monitor construction quality.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. 1-3+ years of experience in Project Planning or Project Engineering. Technical Skills: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Office, Project Scheduling Software. Fluent English communication skills.
